[Sea-Glass Cufflinks]

[Sea-Glass Cufflinks]

Barnabus Taylor

Sea-glass has become one of my favourite mediums to work with. The smooth, worn edges and the translucent surface contrast beautifully with the bright metal of the settings. Sea-glass also has a mystery that is lacking in the classic jewellery gemstones. Where did it come from? How long has to been tumbling through the depths? What strange sights and creatures has it passed by? Often, a piece is so worn, it is impossible to guess what it was before it entered the ocean.
