This painting took it’s inspiration from the many gardens along the Helford Passage. There are some amazing places including privately owned and National Trust properties which are open to the public, as well as luxury properties which we don’t get to see. Many of them have extensive gardens which lead down to the river and in spring time are a mass of rhododendrons and camelias. Path though the Rhododendrons is a view in my mind inspired by the gardens I have seen but not a true representation of any of them. This is a really bright and colourful image which will brighten up anybody’s day. This painting is 50cm x 50cm and is on a narrow canvas with painted sides and is ready to hang or can be framed. It comes with a certificate of authenticity.
